True Blood Summer Weight Loss Challenge!

Hi!
This summer marks the premier of season 4 of True Blood! I’m a Truebie, and thought it would be fun to center a weight-loss challenge around the show. This challenge will last all summer. Final weigh-in date is Monday, August 29. If enough people are interested in continuing at that point, we can. Let’s lose some weight, support each other, and get healthier!
Please read through the rules. If this is something that interests you, AND you will be an active, supportive participant, please post on this thread that you are interested! We will weigh-in on Monday, May 23 to kick off the challenge!
Rules:
• Weigh-in each Monday! Try to weigh yourself at the same time every Monday, for consistency.
• Each Monday, message me your weight and I will update the spreadsheet.
• Every Tuesday morning I will start a new thread for the new week, and will post the spreadsheet results.
• There will be 4 teams (maybe 5, depending on interest). We will have a winning team each week, plus an individual winner. The individual winner will have the privilege of putting a special graphic in their signature noting them as the top loser for the week!
• If you do not check in for 7 days, you will be removed from the challenge. If you know in advance that you will be out and unable to check in, please message me and I will not remove you. The reason for the 7-day-absence-removal policy is so that we have active participants! A challenge is no fun if half of the people stop participating.
•There will be three Super Challenge weigh-in days. Winning a Super Challenge (team or individually) will get you a shiny badge for your signature!
Super Challenge weigh-in days:
• Monday, June 27 (the day after the season 4 premier of True Blood!)
• Monday, July 25
• Monday, August 29
Throughout the week we can use our weekly thread to motivate each other, talk some smack, share recipes, discuss exercise routines, etc! We will be doing our first weigh-in on Monday the 23rd of May! Who's in?

unaffected: You already know that I don't watch True Blood but you also already know from when I first replied to your first post about starting/joining a weight loss challenge that I am in. I won't be watching the show but I will be watching my weight! I like your motto that goes wih your TV Show: True Blood, losing weight one bite at a time!
I have read all your rules. My aim is to log daily but there have been times when I have been too busy or out of town and not had computer access but even when that happens I should still be able to do a weekly weigh in and I will let you know in advance if I am going to be without computer access. Previously I had logged in 70 days in a row then got home one night after midnight so had to start again so I can tell you I am dedicated to logging in.
Glad you picked Monday as the weigh in day as that works well with My Fitness Pal. I weigh myself every morning and will send you my weight each Monday.
Let the competition begin! Let us know about the teams when you have them organized. Let the best loser win!0 -

If you want, maybe take a "before challenge" pic of yourself. No need to share them yet, but at the end of August when the challenge ends, maybe we could post some before and after shots? Just snap a pic this weekend sometime and save it on your computer until August!0 -
I don't watch True Blood and I don't have much weight to lose (only 8 pounds until I reach my goal) but I would still love to be a part of the challenge if that's ok0

Up top, under where it says "Message Boards >> Motivation and Support" etc click on "Signature"
Once there, you can type in what you'd like, or paste the code for your weight loss ticker, which can be created by clicking on the "tools" tab at the top of the site. Then click on "weight loss tickers".
