1 question off my topic. Is the old saying of last meal a few hours before you go to bed true?
In my experience it depends on what you ate. If it's a heavy dish, perhaps one with a lot of meat, you could be a little uncomfortable trying to sleep soon after because your body might be working on digesting it. But I've had no problem getting a small-ish snack in before bed, especially something easy to digest like cereal & milk.0 -
It depends on you. As far as losing weight as long as you are within a reasonable range of your calorie budget, say 50 over or under, your body doesn't care. I often eat late at night. However, some people have trouble sleeping with food in their stomach. If you are one of them, keep it light. If not, eat up.0

I agree with most here... you definitely need to get your calories up. You should only be running with a deficit between 500-1000. I definitely would stay away from the high end of the deficit. you don't want you body to go into starvation mode... This is a decent website to give you a "baseline" of the breakdown of macro nutrients that you should have structured into your calorie intake. Just remember, it's a "baseline". You'll learn over time what works best with your body. Everyones body will react different... what works for one person may not work for you and vice versa... Your foundation should always be a safe calorie deficit with a good balance of macro nutrients.

Well sweets, you really need to eat at least 1200 calories! I wouldn't worry about the natural sugar found in fruit but I would stay away from the refined stuff. If you're having trouble eating enough calories I would suggest eating some raw nuts, they are high in calories and good for you too
So can I go over my sugars if they are sugars coming from fruit?
As long as the sugar you are consuming is in natural form you can go over, just be sure to stay away from products with added sugar!0
