    *thumbs up to all my Java-addicted sisters and brothers*

    I have a trough sized cup I drink in the morning. I've not had a doctor tell me I should cut back though I can imagine what my response would be. Usually, I don't drink any in the afternoon.

    Bold coffees have been my "gateway drug" -- the darker the roast, the more I can't go back to anything lighter. Trader Joe's makes a most badass blend called Cafe Pajaro, which is my poison of choice at the moment.

    I love coffee, but I am not 'in' love with coffee. this causes me lot of sleepless nights, as coffee tries to get me to commit more strongly. :laugh: :laugh:
