since that today i've reach my half way point of my weightloss, i though i would celebrate by poste before/after picture of myself...
the after picture date from may but there has only been 5 pounds diffence since so not much difference

HOOOOOOOOOOO yeah .,.. although i dont think its the wieght lifting thats done that, i think its the swimming, i can feel a huge difference in my arms.
