    how tall are you??

    i'm 5'4'' but i think that i gained a lot of muscle weight, because my body fat went from 53 % (ouchh) to 40 % ... (that is from my bathroom scale, dunno how accurate it is, but it's been extremly consistant)
    there was a lot of times were i wouldnt loose weight but the body fat was down ...

    my goal weight is 145, but because of that i might review that,,, not sure how i will look with an other 38 pounds off,,, well see....

    Thank you everybody !!!! i really appreciate it !!

    i wouldnt have done it without yous and i know that you all will be here with me untill the end !!
    one thing is for sure.. if i can do it ... so can you !!!. i was the most unfit person. no will what so ever
    but this new lifestyle makes more sense then anything, eat well, exercise, calories in, calories out, as simple as that.

    not once since i started did i ever regret it nor have i felt deprived..
    i actulay enjoyed myself.. learned about myself. its awsome !!!!

    and with your support, fellow mfpers, well it was actualy easy !! you guys are the best !!!!!!!!!!!
    now im ready for the other half !!

    (promise mike hasnt payed me to say all those things :) lol

    HOOOOOOOOOOO yeah .,.. although i dont think its the wieght lifting thats done that, i think its the swimming, i can feel a huge difference in my arms.

    So swimming can really help you arms.
