im so excited about this challenge...im about to head out for a quick walk on my lunch break. gotta get the mileage adding up0

Walked another 5.2 pushing the stroller this morning,
Monthly total 44.4 miles
This is great it has really helped me find determination to get my exercise done. I am only logging exercise. The only chore I will try to add is mowing the lawn because we have a big yard and a push mower. I usually burn around 800 calories while mowing.0 -

Hi guys, I'm really enjoying this challenge! Yesterday was a rest day from running so I didn't think I would clock any miles - but because I had the challenge in mind I got out of the door earlier and walked four extra bus stops and one train stop each way and managed 2.5 miles in 5 little walks - it does add up!0
