Yup, here I am. President, Vice President, and Secretary of my own little binge club of all the above and some I haven't even thought of.
So since we are all here, anyone have any suggestions on ways to control it?0 -
I am still struggling with the controlling it part but every time I fall down i get back up.0

I think Im more of a
1) avoidance binger- this food tastes so good im forgetting about everything else.
2) celebratory binger- even if its just my day out on the town shopping, I use it as an excuse to get just one piece of chocolate- that leads to a day full of well, binging..
3) lonely binger - food = friend
Although I will say when I dont deprive myself of it completely I have much less of a tendancy to go crazy.. I just upped my cals a bit so I have some more to play with on a daily basis instead of blowing it out of the water once every few weeks.0
