...I know when I have even one day where I creep into 100-150 cals over, because I logged it, the next day is Sgt By-the-book.
Agreed - so long as I log the calories on a binge day I always find myself right back on track the next day. It's a black and white reality check that you've gotten off track and I'm always back on program the next day. Also, knowing the reality stops the self loathing I get when I don't know how much damage I did. I know I'm hiding from the truth and hate myself for being so weak. Logging removes that as an issue (for me). Food for thought.......0
