    Is our first weigh in this weekend? My starting weight was from last Friday
    I weighed in today @ 168.4

    I think most of us are doing Monday weigh ins but you can do any day you want. Do you want me to put you 168.4 start or do you want to go with yesterdays as your start?

    HI Everyone!

    Sorry I didn't post yesterday. I was super, super busy. Boy Did I get in the exercise! I went with my 4 grandkids and daughter to the aquarium. It takes about 3 hours to see everything and my 3 year old granddaughter thinks Nana is suppose to pack her everywhere. Then we had a picnic at the park and of course she had to be swung. Talk about good arm exercising! Then it was home to get ready for church! My granddaughter came home with me and we literally crashed in bed as soon as we got here.
    Happy Holiday, Have big fun everyone. We are going to the river for a cook out, hiking and swimming in the very, chilly water.

    I was down more earlier in the week. Kind of been splurging over the weekend. A cookout today then back on track tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be down again for next week's weigh in!
