Been exercising loads, but not really tracking food. Today I start tracking food so hope to see results next week. The holiday weekend didn't help either with excessive food and drink on tap. Feeling motivated today.0 -

I hope everyone can read this. It goes down from the biggest loser. These are all the weights I have turned in through 6/1 If your name isn't on here you either weigh in the later part of the week or you didn't message me your weight. I just kind of threw this together as I worked 12 hours today and have to be back at it early in the morning to most likely pull 12 more. I have started a new tread for week 2. It is very hard to keep track of this with so many people and different weigh in days. I decided Wednesday nights was a good mid-point. If you weigh before Wednesday it will go on that week if you weigh after it will go on the next.

We are starting week 2, We posted our weight on the 23rd as our start weight. (Or whatever day you weighed on that week) Then we updated it on the 30th. (Or whatever day you weighed on that week) So you can just message me what ever amount you want and tell me if you want it to be your start or your week one.
