Loose Skin and the Dry Brushing Technique

I've been doing this too but I also believe it takes the weight lifting, hydration, vitamin c supplements for collagen production and the slow weight loss for our skin to keep up with the smaller body.....and it probably won't be the huge miracle I will need but will be a noticeable difference than if we didn't do it.... there will be no way of knowing for sure what our skin would look like if we didn't do it....it's not a huge commitment in money or time and it will help our skin be softer and glowing at any rate....it won't hurt.
I agree, I think it's a combo pack and I agree that it won't hurt. I know for sure that it has made my skin softer and smoother and that's always a good thing! There are tons of articles on the internet for those that are willing to do the research. I'm one of those that never does anything without researching it first. :flowerforyou:0
