    Just curious to hear how everyone came up with their username, if it's something other than your real name!

    I wanted mine to be something cute and positive and personal.

    SEA = I have a great love for the ocean... I feel like I'm home when I'm in it or near it! And it really inspires me to be more active, because I love to swim, surf, snorkel, walk on the beach, etc.
    JOLLY = I'm a very happy and positive person. An optimist for sure!

      One of my good friends gave it to me... I was talking about zombie apocalypse or something and then switched the convorsation over to baking pies lol She called me her little DoomCookie. I just loved it, and 13 is my lucky number :)

      mine has two meanings. the Calleja part was actually my great grandfathers last name, and it didn't continue on in our family. if my mom had been thinking when i was born, it would have been my real name because she has a real love for it as he was like her father to her... the Fairey part comes from an online game/community/chat place called Second Life.. my full name in Second Life is Calleja Fairey. i chose Calleja, and then the game generated a list of last names, and i liked Fairey. lol. a couple i met in the game actually had a baby in real life together, and named her Calleja cause they loved the name so much.

      Mine is the German version of "roboclaw". >_> It's the term used for Anakin's robotic arm in this Star Wars web comic I used to follow (I Harth Darth). I named one of my cats Roboclaw (the Sith Kitten) and she became the official mascot of that comic, so I started using that name around the interwebs. Then, at some point in college (when I was taking German), the name was already taken on some random website, so I decided to figure out and utilize the German version. Now, I sort of go back and forth between the two.

      I was trying to think of a username on AOL when I was about 14, or 15 and all the ones I wanted, one after another, were taken! I kept trying and trying and trying and I finally gave up and typed WHATEVERDAMNIT and tah-dahhh.. it's now my username for life. haha

      Ellie was a nickname that stuck and I have used for years. First initial is 'L' middle initial is 'E' and someone heard them together and 'LE' became "Ellie' and Colorado because I am a Colorado girl.

      Well, I wanted to be all hxc and emo in high school (I listened to Hawthorne Heights, but I didn't cut my wrists then :P) when I came up with it lol.
      On MySpace (yes, that thing before Facebook), I was in a group thing called Emo4Life so I became hXc Hilarie.
      I made a second MySpace (because that was the cool thing to do) and since hxchilarie was already taken as my URL, I had to switch it up. Thus, HilarieXcore was born :)
