The question of the week though is: What do you do to lose inches?

I have been doing Ripped in 30, but I don't do it everyday. I try and do it atleast 5 times a week.
Would love to know what everyone else is doing to loose the inches.

I will give one more hour for measurements and then I am annoucing this week winner and what they have decided will be our challenge. Thank you to everyone that already took care of your measurement! In future weeks I would greatly appreciate getting all measurements in by midnight Monday night. This will allow me to annouce the winner and determine our weekly activity right off the bat on Tuesday morning.

The winner of this week is cdenham001 with an amazing 5.5 inches lost in one week!! Second place was bkrbabe57 with 3.25 inches melted away and mona24523 was 3rd with 2.5 inches. Great job everyone! We are down 15.5 inches in week 1!

This week Challenge will be to do 250 sit ups/crunches. They can be done in any variation but make them count! Here is to seeing some numbers drop in the waist next week! Thank you cdenham001 for creating this challenge!

Question of the week: What do you do to drop the inches?

Link to the chart: https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AqfM2VasNXWbdHhfRHBCcnRKTDNRZHlOd0tuZUFYNlE&hl=en_US&authkey=CP2_wNQL I am busy this morning. Later today I will try to figure out how to post the actual picture though.

----If you didn't get your measurements in on time that is fine. Please still post your measurements ASAP and I will update them on the spreadsheet.

Thank you cdeham001. I am down for that challenge! Hopefully I will see some movement this week. I have been rather lax though on my exercise :( I guess I should kick it up a notch.

Just wondering....How many of you had looked at the link with the spread sheet?

I slept wrong Monday Night so woke up with a stiff neck that I just now got over. I wasn't able to do any crunches Monday or Tuesday, but here is what the rest of the week looked like:

    Monday: XX
    Tuesday: XX
    Wednesday: 60
    Thursday: 80
    Friday: 90

Hoping I lost some in my waist!
Hope everyone else is doing well!

It's very clear and easy to understand. The colours make it fun to look at too. No worries.
