This journey is so unpredictable. We just started a major house remodel and I have no kitchen. Cooking and meal planning have become hit and miss. I was hoping to at least maintain this week and, to my amazement, I've lost 1.5 pounds. YEA! I'm guessing it must be stress. :-)

Just when I thought I was going to miss my goal, my body decides to give me with 2 pound loss this week. I don't really understand this, since I wasn't all that good this week, but I'll take it!
Now the dilemma -- should I shoot for 1 1/2 pounds this week, and potentially set myself up for disappointment, since my body usually only gives me .5 -- especially after a big loss? Either way, I'm happy with my progress, and am looking forward to the next challenge!0 -

Grrrrr..... my first gain of the challenge! Last week I was so excited cause I lost 1.6 lbs. But this week I gained it back, this is what happens when I let myself get stressed and quit focusing on myself!! I am cutting back on smoking as well so I need to keepmyself busy and focused! Great job to everyone through out the challenge so happy to be sticking it out for 12 more weeks with all of you!!
