    Made this the other night. I was so surprised when it came out looking just like a cupcake. It was great when I paired it with a 60 calories sugar-free pudding cup!

    This reminds me of the microwavable mini cakes from Betty Crocker. But much healthier! Definitely going to try it later.

    I just tried this recipe today and I must say, not bad at all... I try to keep away from baking for the simple reason that I cannot just stop at one serving so I end up eating more than I want to, so this recipe is just perfect for me. It tastes pretty good too. Had it with 1/2 cup of fat free vanilla ice cream and it satisfied my sweet tooth after dinner for a low calorie count... Thanks again for sharing..
