    Week 1: Was not good at all. I exercised but I did not track my food.
    Week 2: Getting better! Did Supreme 90 twice, C25K twice, JM shred once and Bob Harper's KB once. I tracked every single thing I ate and increased my water intake. This helped me lose 4.4 lbs

    Am I supposed to log this in on a spreadsheet? My name weight is missing on the spreadspeet I saw. I thought someone else was going to key. I am confused. LOL

    Here is my stats. I have been sick since Monday and not able to exercise. It has been on my mind EVERYDAY, EVERY HOUR though and I have been wanting to!

    I got a stupid chest cold this week. No cardio and tooooo much cough medicine and nyquil to throw my sugar quanity way up.
