I was also successful at weight watchers but once I stopped going it was hard to keep it off. I had a slight case of depression over the loss of a dear freind and a few other things and the bad habits quickly returned. I am tired of paying to loose the same 30+ pounds over and over. I hope I can use this site to help me get back on track. Your husband sounds fantastic to stick up for you like that. He's a keeper for sure!!0

I dropped weight watchers to when I was no longer losing weight then I found MFP and started doing great. you can do it girl. Just be commited and u will succeed0

Everyone I know who has tried WW, Jenny Craig or TF have lost a lot of weight. Within 6 - 12 months it's found them again and then some. Diets do not work long term. Good luck with changing your lifestyle with MFP0
