FRIDAY = Bridges! At least 30 by midnight :) How many can you do?


The bridge exercise strengthens the whole abdominal region, the lower back and the glutes!

These FEEL good!

Try to hold it a little longer than the example and remember to SQUEEZE those glutes!

    I will give it a try, havent done these in a long time. Cant do them in the bathroom at work.

    I am halfway there. Holding them for 30 seconds isn't all that easy and Hubby is soon leaving for work. I had decided to go for a walk with my dog when Hubby leaves home for work. It is now time for my walk.
