FRIDAY = Bridges! At least 30 by midnight How many can you do?
The bridge exercise strengthens the whole abdominal region, the lower back and the glutes!

I am halfway there. Holding them for 30 seconds isn't all that easy and Hubby is soon leaving for work. I had decided to go for a walk with my dog when Hubby leaves home for work. It is now time for my walk.
