Sorry didnt mean to sound so harsh. Start now get back on track. What works for me I only eat 1200 calories a day. Don't eat calories burned. Good luck on your change of lifestyle. Add me as a friend if you wish.0

There are a few foods that have been scientifically found to help with weight loss. Try to add a half grapefruit in for a snack every day or grapefruit juice. It is said to help reduce insulin levels and help with weight loss. High protein is a good way to go as well. If you like spicy food I also read that hot peppers help promote calorie burning at rest and hold off hunger. I add crushed red peppers into just about everything I cook. Work hard at it and try to be as disciplined as possible. Log your calories and work out as often as you can. You will do great!!0
