you don't have to listen to me if you don't want....and i'm all about pushing yourself and all that....
but the challenge is 12 and a half weeks long, and since the recommended max weight you should be losing per week is 2lbs, then we should be aiming to lose 25lbs by the end of August, or 30lbs by mid September....
