Speaking of goal weights, my general goal is 140. For this challenge, I'd love to drop 30lbs, but I'm not currently dropping 2 lbs a week. I do decent with diet and exercise, but the weightloss doesn't seem to have a real pattern for me yet. I am losing, though, so there's that.
Anyone else's weight-loss a bit more sporadic or do you have a more steady weight-loss?

So, who's ready for the first weigh in tomorrow? I have had a super busy week this week and a sore knee so I didn't make it to the gym at all but I have been doing pretty good with my food. Hopefully it shows up on the scale. I think I'm going to take a picture of what it says so that at the end of this I will have proof of my accomplishments. Good luck everyone!!0
