    Managed 200 but didn't feel like doing them so if it hadn't been a challenge I don't know if I would have done all 200!

    Did a variety throughout the day: full sit ups, mini crunches, abdominal twists.

    I did it 200 done. 8 Sets of 25 (front and sides) and boy did I feel the burn....hahaahaha hurt soo good!

    Didn't feel like these really burned until near the end yesterday, but I do crunches as part of my daily stretching and warm-up routine. Not thinking, I started doing my crunches as normal this morning and had to stop after 2 - Yowsa! Decided I'd give those muscles a rest today.

    I'm doing 250 crunches a day... not too bad!! I'm doing Regular Crunches, Bicycle Crunches, Side Crunches, Leg Lifts, etc. Get the whole core HOT!!! Good Luck to everyone!!
