new to mfp

So I am new to MFP, but not to exercising. I have been hitting the gym an average of 3x week, (some better, some worse) and working mostly on an elliptical trainer with strength exercises afterward. although i am getting stronger, I am not getting thinner. So something must be off, so here I am to track everything more closely. Could use all the support I can get to keep going! :bigsmile:
