    I only got to 125! I can usually go higher but my muscles were just whipped today! Wednesday challenge is up!

    So I did a modified Jillian work out. Instead of cardio (since I ran several miles in the am) I kept doing different squats with weight movement. I managed to do 190!! Then I totally forgot to do the rest! Ha. But WOW I never knew I could do so many in one day. I'm really impressed with myself.

    I got 4 sets of 40 throughout the day but one of my sets were one legged ones from my crosstraining workout. I still kinda forgot to finish will do better next time.

    I completed the challenge. I did 100 squats with a resistance band,80 air squats and 40 squats holding my 19 month old:)
