    Wow, you look great!! I am of similar size to when you started. How long did it take you? I find that food is my enemy. I am married and have two teenage boys. They can eat what they want. This makes it hard for me to concentrate on healthier food all the time. If there is any advice you could give it would be greatly appreciated.
