    Sorry you are still at a plateau... u just have to look over all your diet and workouts and find that place to make a change. Everyone is different, you may need to eat more calories and do even more cardio/weights, or you may need to cut something out of your diet for awhile and take a day or two off form the gym. You know what your diet and workouts look like, change em up some and shock your body, that's what I did. I actually took a few days off form the gym and then took a couple items out of my diet, that helpd me break my plateau.

    Butter, yes I finally broke that 290 plateau, thnx for noticing.

    Now I just need to keep up a good steady weight loss and not plateau again for awhile.. I hope.

    I noticed you also dropped weight this week... god for you!

    Checking in for BEP, I was 149.6 last week. I am down to 147.6 this week. Good luck everyone!

    Hey, no worries, you hve been consitent and doing great. Sometimes these little gains come out of no where and they are just part of the journey.

    Don't get down on yourself. Keepp moving forward and keep rocking it. I am sure you will drop next week. Tell your boss you need more time for workouts.. LOL.

    Not a problem... I applaud you for keeping up with us all, as well as you do. We all know you are just as busy as the rest of us, and this is just one more thing on your plate. We appreciate the hard work on your part. I look forward to seeing the updated charts.

    Thanks, although after fathers day dinner on Sunday, I think I may have gained those 3 pounds back LOL.. It was a good day though.

    Checking in for Drop It Like It's Hot. This week, 270. That puts me at the 100 pound loss mark. WOOT WOOT! Just hope the next ten doesn't take as long to lose as his last 10 did. LOL

    Hi guys...just checking in for BEP....weighing in at 218.8. Sorry team, it's not a huge loss, but I spent most of the week out of town and away from my routine. I did my best to behave though. Congrats to everyone on their losses!!!

    Okay, I am back. Long week and a half away. I am now at 284.8. That would be a loss!! Woot!!
    Thanks to all of you, I wasn't horribly off my eating, although I doubt that I want to eat any more "funeral food" for awhile. I even got sick of sliced turkey breast, and it's one of my faves!! Love to you all and keep on rockin!!!
