Oops move a bit farther away from the 220's today ... maybe "tasting them" was my problem.

171.2 lbs for me.... so back where I was a couple of weeks ago... better than I was last week though so that is good!

Nope, can't skip... unfortunately! :sad: my scales are going the wrong way as well and no matter what I do I can't seem to get more than 5lbs below my start weight :explode:

Well it depends on what day I take it this weekend ...
Friday (which is the day I normal weigh) I was 233
Saturday 232
Sunday 234
Today 231
I guess 233 to be fair then right?0 -

Ummm I hate weighing in today ... seriously! Due to the back injury and the steroids I have gained a freaking eight pounds since Monday ... yes I am hating on life right now. But I know this is necessary to rest and I will be back to my usual self soon I know it!

That's what I'm telling myself as I've gained this week as well :-( I'm thinking it has to be because I've just started exercising properly again after my back/shoulder injury.

Me, I'm struggling. My weight went down then up and now is starting to go down again but overall I'm pretty much were I was at the start of the challenge :sad: Oh well, watching you two has been inspiring and I know that, once I get past my bout of injuries and illnesses I will be back on track and able to lose like you both.
QingTing, I would happily add you but this challenge is ending in two weeks so I don't know the benefit you would get from it but you are happy to join if you want.0 -
Seriously I quit this challenge -- just kidding but OMG the scale is just not my friend. I have locked my diary in an attempt to be a better logger ... I am finalyl back to getting some regular exercise an dmaybe that is why my weight is so up and down ... but
