Slower--  :sad:0

Much slower... But I'm ok with that because It's still working If I lost at the rate MFP is set to (1lb per week) I would already be down 18 pounds (down 10 right now). But admittedly, I cheat on a regular basis (read: every weekend) so it's probably not so much that the site is wrong, but that I'm not following it properly! If I ate how I eat on my good days (usually Monday-Friday) the daily predictions would be a lot more accurate!0

Faster! They say 1.3lbs a week...I've lost 6lbs in 2 weeks.0
-
Probably right about what it says...0
-
Alot slower now, Its getting harder for me to lose more weight.:sad:0
-
Initially it was much faster. I was 2 months ahead of schedule at one point. Now, it's balanced out and I'm right on target.0
-
They were right on average for me. Some weeks I lose less and some I lose more, but it all equals about what they suggested.0
-
Faster.
A lot of it depends on your metabolism, many factors of which MFP doesn't take into... like muscle mass for example increases your metabolism but other things like stress can decrease your metabolism. Also, a lot of the exercise calories on MFP are incorrect or variable.0 -
slower always!
if mfp was correct i would of lost about 2 stone by now...
instead iv just gained 11 pounds..
i should be eating alot less than 1,200 calories a day, but mfp cant go that low.
so i have to just guess how much i should be eating0 -
SLOWER  I lost 6 pounds in 60 days so that is 1 pound every 10 days....I guess it isn't so bad when I look at it that way :grumble:0

Why would you say you should be eating fewer than 1200/day? Are you super short?0 -
Mine's set to lose one pound a week - when I eat right and don't go over on calories that's about right! when i overeat, i don't lose anything0
-
deppends on the week but mostly slower0
-
So far, I've lost much faster. I've averaged a little over two pounds a week even though I set MFP to keep me on track to lose half a pound a week. I think the rate of loss will eventually slow down and stay closer to that half pound rate.0
-
Slower. MFP says 1.3lbs a week and I lose about 1lb a week. But I give myself 1 day of maintaining a week and don't beat myself up if I go about 100 calories over most days. So really I'm right on track. I'm happy with 1lb a week0

I am new to this site. Where are you all seeing the amount per week we should be loosing? Just checking.

There should be a 'predicted weight loss' on this page (:0 -
faster. Because I always overestimate my calories intake and underestimate my exercise calories burn.0
-
Slower. But I'm a premenopausal 44 year old.0
-
Faster, but you should also ask if they are above or below there allowable calories.0
-
For the first 2 months it was right on. Now for the last 3 weeks I have lost nothing! :grumble: :sad:0

Yeah I think a "based on what you ate last week, you should now weigh...." would be awesome! Like they do when you complete your daily food journal but aggregated for the week.0
