    wow - what an inspiration - im 33 and 5ft 8 too and also have a 10 year old aspergers child - so this really helped me i'm currently 244 so still have a very long way to go but i loved reading that you have done it!! well done x

    I like what you had to say about tweaking our programs if they're no longer working for us.
    I do that often.

    You look fantastic and you must feel so much better as well. I can just imagine what it must feel like to move around in your new, slimmer body.
