    they are awesome... i just copy and pasted a BUNCH of healthy recipes into a word document so i can print them off and put them in a binder.... I did a ton from Skinny Gina, if you want a copy it, you will need to send me a private message with you email cuz i dont want you to post email addresses here cuz you will get spam.

    Thank you for this post! We made the asparagus frittata last night and we are hooked.....making more recipes today and tomorrow. She should do a cookbook!
