    ok, popping in. the remaining computers in the house are sooo slow. the hard drive died in mine. see shanell i told ken it wasn't the girls. he needs to "uncle kenny listen to your momma".....so $50 to replace.

    didn't get the job. she has from day one been looking for someone who could stay at the house and dog/house sit for them when they left town. (which will become often). she only called me cause DH services her house and knew i did the clerical work she was looking for. after months of looking she thought maybe i would work out. but, she had someone else who lives in her town and has no family and can house/dog sit when ever needed. which is fine with me.

    now son may not be out until end of july. it's going to cost $400+ to get his electric wired and on. he has to save for that. with his other few bills and his lot rent, that's a whole paycheck. i was with him today when he had one guy come out to look and price. couldn't believe the fees for stuff. they are all charging that much. so we go on. he was saying how much he wants to move out. we stuffed him in the room now. i bought the sofa sleeper so it's really crowded in his room. plus he will be just 10 mins from work. now he's maybe 20-30.

    well off to get the tenderloin in the oven

    chipper. i guess the job just wasn't ment to be at this time... something better will come along!

    Just got back from my third, yes third, walk of the day :bigsmile:
    I did about 2 miles at lunch, another 2.5 after work, and just did about 4 with the BF.... feels good... now I just need to figure out what to eat.... i already had my dinner and i am starving... plus i have about 900 extra for today... it may be an icecream night!!!

    I guess the summertime has got us all movin' it and shakin' it. I'm actually surprised at my weight loss because last night I ate Chinese and cookies LATE, celebrating my baby girl graduating fifth grade. So worth the celebration. And weight loss? I will definitely take it. Great job EVERYONE! On to another successful week.

    quick check in. on DH's computer, soooo slow. i miss mine already. it's payday and paying bills. i had everything on mine so having to search again for sites. oh, well. i might get hard drive today, but, son was called in last night and he hadn't slept. so he was up for over 24 hours. i know he will be out all day today. tonight is zumba so it can't be tonight.
    have loads of errands to run today. need to get going

    Morning Ladies.
    I got up early with the BF today... got all sorts of cleaning done, and a 10 minute ab workout on demand.... got to work early so I can get out early and enjoy the nice weather! I am planning to go for a run / walk after work with one of the dogs, and then taking both out with the BF later tonight, if he is up for it after work... if not, I may just jump on the elliptical for a bit... we will see!

    Ended up eating most, if not all of my extra calories last night, don't feel great about that this morning... I ate LATE ... something about TV and late night = wicked snacking for me... oh well... guess it worked out.... but i need to get that under control.

    Hope you ladies are having a great start to the day...!!! Everyone kicked butt last week - CONGRATS!!!!!

    The Plan for Today is....

    B1 - Pear
    B2 - Greek yogurt w/ honey
    L1 - grilled chicken salsa stir fry (left overs from dinner... YUM)
    L2 - granola
    D1 - ????
    D2 - ????

    No idea what to make for dinner tonight - I may just make an omlet - something easy for sure.

    let's go ladies, lets get these beach bodies ready :) I know I'm not where I want to be this Summer, but oh baby, watch out, it's on for next summer!!!

    did a 61 min workout yesterday,2.5 mile run then lifting the rest of the time, it felt awesome! haven't done one continuously for the long!!

    HAPPY HUMP DAY :)

    Em- I think that is why I try to go bed early, because then I would just want to snack-snack-snack!!

    Decided I am going to make healthy chicken tenders for dinner, and a light salad. Yum. - I have been starving all day... just grabbed a bag of pretzles, seemed to fill me up. We did out 2 miles in record time today (for walking - any faster and I think we would have to be running)

    good morning...

    testing out my new hard drive. so far so good. son still has some work to do on it.
    had a bad storm last night. and as i lay there in bed i hear drip, drip, drip. oh, crap here we go again. no other place but, the master. at least it didn't leak in the old spots. sent email to landlord already.
    need to get going, need shower, breakfast, 9 am asthma doctors appt. it's sure nice to be in control and only see him every 6 months.

    just posted a chowder recipe in the recipe section. it was soooo good. shanell it has 20 grams protein. i will put this in my book for the winter.

    having an ok day. stuggling a bit. i have been the last few days. today is better than it has been.

    Boo - I don't want to be the one to break the streak!!! :sick: I had an off-week last week for sure! I needed to give myself a few rest days to recoop from my 26 miles, and on those rest days I decided that I could eat whatever, whenever I wanted. Also, my last surviving grandparent passed away last Thursday :cry: so I was very sad and spent a few days eating my feelings with some of my cousins. But, it's definitely for the better, my grandmother is in a much better place now (and she's back with grandpa - YAY!) :smile: I definitely look more on the bright side with her passing.

    Sooo - I'm very happy for all you LOSERS though!! Great job, and awesome job motivating each other. :drinker: I hope to (and will!) get back on track this week. FINALLY, I am throwing new things into my workout - biking, rollerblading, and toning. I hope to see some loss next week for sure.

    Mlek - I have to say I love your new picture! Don't know when you posted it, but it's very cute! I need to change mine again one of these days.

    AFM - I'm going to Wisconsin Dells this weekend with family. I'm VERY excited! Relaxing by the water all day Saturday is exactly what this girl is lookin for! Time to get some sun so I don't look like a ghost in my bridesmaid dress in August! Hope you all have a GREAT weekend! :bigsmile:

    so todays plan is mow yards in 100% humid weather and in the 80's already. than clean house shower and maybe head to the habitat store. maybe zumba tonight.

    Sorry I've been missing the past couple days. Had a learning institute at work and it's kept me super busy! Got in a run every day this week so far! YAY! Missed my Ripped workout last night, but back at it tonight! This week 3 level is challenging for me! But I love a good challenge!!

    Well...back to being busy at work! HAve a happy Friday and a great weekend!

    chores done. now shanell i have book 2 in my head. the only library that has it is goose creek in large print. i may run out there to get it.
    going to be a hot weekend here. in the 100's they say. draining pool now so we can get it fixed and refilled to cool off in.

    Just stopping by to say hello - busy weekend already! My mom is in town and tomorrow we will go to Omaha for Opening Day of the College World Series!! Yay!! Which also means lots of tempting food at the stadium, yikes!!

    didn't have a good lunch didn't eat it all. so that was a good thing. DH really wanted a chicken bowl from seasons of japan. i got mine with veggies and ate half. i listened to my tummy.
    now to begin the pool. got my book, everyone is napping so it's real quiet, i might sit a read a bit.
