    Honestly I drink lots and lots of water and I try to avoid sugar and sodium..lately my sodium has been under 800 mgs a day and that has done wonders for my weight...I would also recommend doing cardio...running WORKS wonders :)..I STILL LOVE MY BREAD..BUT I WORK OUT SO I CAN INDULGE ON THE WEEKENDS
