There are lots of nights that I eat dinner past 8 and go to bed around 10:30. Sometimes I have to snack after dinner in order to make my calories for the day (because I work out after work) and it has not affected me at all.0

I consume 410 calories (2 cups of whole milk and a scoop of protein powder) every night about 30 minutes before bed, been doing it for months and am still losing. So don’t take anyone else’s advice on the matter, just try it for yourself.0

eat when you are hungry. if you're hungry at 9:30 at night, or even 10, a snack or small meal won't hurt. altho i'd be careful about the cereal. most cereals have a lot sugar in them and so does milk. happy snacking :-D0
