I myself yours truly Big Brown aka dude witht he awesome tan akabronzed devil aka Latino heat.....is thinking about a pork chop or two maybe 3. GRILLED of course! with a side of green beans.

Whats the MFP world having?

    I want what yuo are eating but i guess i will settle for a can campbells chunky chicken noodle of soup with some crackers. :S I am saving my calories for a tasty dinner.

    I made brown rice and then I put sweet peas and sweet and sour sauce in it. It was actually really good!

    Very busy afternoon of running around ahead so today I chose soup, so I wouldn't be tempted by drive thru/fast food later...and I am traveling with a banana in tow for back up! :laugh:

    Leftovers from dinner a couple nights ago (cheese & chicken sausage tortellini) w/ some baby carrots, watermelon & iced tea. Yummy! :)

    Sounds like some tasty lunches. I may have to try some of them. I generally have cheese and turkey on whole wheat with a little bit of mustard. Its nice to hear some different options.

    i was going to have a turkey sandwich with carrots and ranch then figured out going to panda express and eating steamed rice and broccoli beef is way less sodium, so i'm going with that!!!

    organic girl berries and balsamic salad (so good) and a cup of homemade seafood soup!
  • Raw broccoli and half a sandwich with 1 pc of black forest ham and 1 oz of cheese. Baby carrots for a snack! Wooh...not!

    Homemade butternut squash soup. I will add home roasted turkey breast, fresh spinach and some avocado. I haven't decided yet what else I'll have as a side. Maybe some cottage cheese.....

    I had a cup of lima beans, a bowl of lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese, and some fresh watermelon. Oh and two cups of water!
