    Tuna with lettuce,tomato. banana peppers and mustard on a whole wheat pita
    cauliflower steamed and cauliflower potato salad, finished with a no pudge
    brownie!

    Bigger lunch than usual 444 calories, but i was really hungry and it was so good :smile:


    whoa!! thats a rockstar meal there...love it!

    Love my food :) no way i could survive on just soup or crackers (i would be binging by night fall)

    Just finished my delicious lunch!! Griled chicken breast with 2 tbsp of Famous Dave's Sweet and Zesty and 2 cups of steamed broccoli...Yummy!!

    grilled tuna steak, green beans, sweetcorn, tomatoes, mushrooms. Now I really want something baaaaaaaaaaad :grumble:

    I Healthy Choice meal and a salad. Not very fun!

    PB&J with no salt peanut butter. Tastes exactly the same... why do they even put salt in it!?

    I just had Quorn lamb grill, low fat chips (fries), broccoli, green beans, and gravy. Now glugging some squash (water with no added sugar juice cordial).

    Roasted red pepper hummus, cucumbers and rice cakes. I love hummus and have been eating it everyday for 2+ months now!! Sometimes I eat it with just with veggies, sometimes with some tuna and pita chips and veggies if I need extra protein.

    Today was a peanut butter and banana sandwich.

    2 slices Sara Lee Wheat (45 calories each slice)
    1 TBS peanut butter
    1 small banana

    with 1/2 cup skim milk.

    1/2 of a homemade veggie pizza on 100% whole wheat tortilla with balsamic vinegar onions, garlic, spinach, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, artichokes, olives, sweet mini peppers, feta cheese and goat cheese, so yummy and so healthy only fat is from the tortilla and the feta and goat cheese:love:

    Sushi and sashimi. High protein and you can eat a ton for few calories.
