In 14 days?!?!?! You can always try LIPOSUCTION!!!!!!0
-
Um. You haven't really given yourself much time. Why is this so urgent?0
-
Run a lot! and eat only fruits veggies and just 2 proteins a day!0
-
If you measure in stones, you probably live in the UK. You MUST have heard about the Dukan diet - search the internet and decide whether it's something that might interest you.0
-
How much is a lot?!
Well after my holiday i found I had put on 9lbs and was so disappointed i went on a crash diet for 7 days. I limited my calories to 1,000 daily and did loads of cardio, I lost just over 7lbs!!!
I wouldn't recommend doing this for more than 2 weeks max though.0 -
On MFP, we generally frown on unsafe weight loss. I can't give you any advice beyond how to lose 1-2 pounds per week. Otherwise, you'll need to do it under a doctor's supervision.0
-
you can do it, BUT you have to eat only fruits veggies fat free dairy and protein and workout an hour a day. That includes cardio and weight lifting. I've lost 10 pounds in a week before doing that.0

Low Carb.... Really low carb and lots of water. It wont last long but you can possibly lose close to that. And any exerices0
-
You shouldn't have put this off, all I gotta say...0

Sorry, there really isn't a *safe* way to lose more than about 5 lbs in 14 days time. Losing faster than that can stress your body, and is very likely to jus come right back.0

Liposuction, amputation, and organ donations are some of the various ways to lose weight in a very short amount of time.
Or you could just stick with the healthy way and just keep on keeping on thru your 14 days, regardless of your weight.0 -
the head weighs about 10 pounds... I am sure you could do without?0

Phentermine. I lost 7 pounds the first week. That and I drank at least 100 oz of water a day, which also helps with weight fluctuation. I've lost a total of almost 33 pounds in a 3 month time span. The biggest loss happening in the first 30 days. It's a bit pricey but I'd do it again in a heart beat.0

PHENTERMINE is bad.. its very addictive.. plays games with your brain.. really bad for you...0 -
this is wrong on so many levels. if you did lose this weight, you will need to work equally hard to sustain it. is looking good for a party/wedding etc so important that you potentially harm your body for??
id say go for gradual loss over time and embrace a lifestyle change.
most folks are here for a long time, not a good time..0 -
There is no diet out there that will show you how to lose a "LOT" of weight in 2 weeks. You may drop several pounds doing weird diets or extreme calorie reduction but it won't be FAT you're losing. Please be safe and don't harm your body or starve it of nutrition. Nothing can be important enough for that. :flowerforyou:0

Haha Freckleface I just tried to catch that bug! I thought how do i have a bug on my computer. lol0 -
I would work out hard and eat healthy. You may not lose all the weight that you are hoping for, but you will feel better about yourself and have more confidence AND that will be noticeable!!!!0

I'm sorry. You can't make a drastic change in 14 days. Even if you lost a great number of pounds, it wouldn't be pounds of fat. That takes time, exercise and GOOD nutrition.
But you CAN wear really flattering clothes, and look like you've dropped a lot. Go look at before & afters on What Not To Wear, and figure out what kind of clothes accentuate your body type. Generally speaking, something with a wide fitted waistband higher than your natural waist (just under the boobs) that floats away from the body under the band is going to make you look smaller, since it shows the smallest part of your body, and makes you legs look longer. The right clothes will make you look like you lost 20 lbs.
Whatever the event is, you deserve to go into it feeling great about yourself. Trying to lose a huge number of pounds is only setting yourself up for disappointment. Work towards a goal, in the right way, and get yourself something fantastic to wear. Take this as a lesson learned, "I'm worth treating myself right ALL the time, not just when an event is coming up."0 -
The "cabbage soup" (look it up) diet actually works for these urgent situations. It's a week long detox. I tried it for 7 days before my friends wedding and lost 9 pounds. Just keep in mind that you will gain those pounds right back afterwards, because you mostly just lose water weight. Hope this helps!0

Anything you decide to do will only be a temporary loss. You'll put that weight right back on again as soon as you stop doing whatever it is.
That said, I'd suggest Atkins since it's only for about two weeks. 20 grams of carbs or less with AT LEAST 12 grams of that coming from vegetables and eating lean meats for protein, no bacon or really fatty cuts. Lots of water and cardio. Don't know if you'll lose all you want but you should be able to drop some weight pretty quickly since most people on Atkins lose quite a bit during the first two weeks.0 -
Low Carb Protein Shakes such as EAS shakes for breakfast and lunch then grilled chicken/fish/small steak and broccoli, cauliflower, ... Walk at least 1 hour a day and try to do two workout a day 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour after dinner. No fruit. I know .. I know a ot of you are going to say oh you can eat fruit but, fruit has a lot of sugar in it. Do a low carb two week diet with major cardio and you will lose weight .. and excess water weight.

To those saying she'll harm her body, are you having a laugh?!!
Isn't being overweight/obese harming your body for like a very long period of time? She's wanting a quick fix for i'm guessing a special occasion, so what's 14 days extreme dieting in comparison to months (or most likely years) of feeding your body too many calories!?0 -
I tried the HCG diet, couldn't handle it, lost a significant amount of weight in the first couple days but got really sick from it and gained the weight right back after I stopped. Some ppl lose 45 pounds a month on it. Sounds like you could care less about what you do to your body, so go for it. I can guarantee it'll only be temporary though. Theres no "tricks" or "secrets" to losing weight. There is the RIGHT WAY though, and thats plenty of water, exercise and a healthy diet.0
