Looking for help figuring out my cardio burn

Hi I have started jogging, not much for speed yet, generally I run a 12 to 14 minute mile. What is the formula to figure out how many calories I am burning. When I go on to track cardio under running or jogging the slowest pace I see is a 12 minute mile. I am not running/ jogging yet at that speed. :ohwell: :ohwell:

    Mapmyfitness.com has a great app to help track exercise and give calories burned as well.

    Get a heart rate monitor - they work pretty good. I heard the chest strap ones are the best.

    I do the C25K program which is park walking, part jogging. At this point I walk half the time and jog the other half (VERY solw jogger) and I burn about 100 calories per 10 minutes. I wear an HRM so this is pretty accurate. If you jog the whole time I say use this sites numbers.

    Both the heart rate monitor and fitness apps are great. If you can spend the money Garmin makes a GPS enabled heart rate monitor with a chest strap. It will do both at once.
