    Thursdays challenge completed actually made 10 glasses of water.... its not so bad when you actually remember to drink :laugh:
    Also the 30 minutes of exercise. I shredded then did 10 minutes of Pilates!

    Fridays challenge will probably prove more difficult as Im going out for the sister in laws birthday tonight so Im really going to have to work hard on staying under!

    Thursdays challenge was done with an hour of zumba and 12 glasses of water. Fridays will be easy. Still haven't heard from Andrea, but Jen and I named team 10 the sassy shrinkers.

    Thursday Challenge = complete!
    Friday Challenge = day isn't over yet, but should be no problem!
    Saturday Challenge = cleaning day, I will be sure to go for a bike ride too!
    Sunday Challenge = easy-peas-y

    Tuesday complete! I drank 100 oz. Of water and messaged my teammates!
    Wednesday complete! I stayed under calories and I did 15 minutes of strength
    Thursday complete! I exercised for 63 minutes and drank 104 oz of water
    Friday complete! I stayed under calorie and complimented my teammates.

    I didn't get a chance to exercise yesterday, but I'm going to make up for it today. Consider yesterday's challenge complete, as of 11pm on Friday. :-)

    I bought an elliptical machine and waiting for it to be delivered this weekend. Hopefully today so that I can complete todays challenge!

    complete two miles of any types of exercise - took care of sick babies today so couldn't happen. I'll be doing it tomorrow though!
    10 cups of water - no problem! 13 today

    I completed Saturday's challenge. I interval walked 3 miles. I never knew that I could do it in 45 minutes and drank 10 8oz glasses of water.:tongue: Color me surprised on the water challenge. It's one of things I normall have the hardest time doing.

    Saturday:

    to all the people that wanted to join, I don't have enough time to put together anymore teams, and i'm gonna have to close it. I apologize deeply but I'm all alone doing this haha.
    Also, my computer broke, and I JUST fixed my computer today.

    BUT:
    The spreadsheet is all updated for the most part.
    It would be really great for those teams who havn't given me their team names, you'll be left as numbers until you do give them to me.
    If I missed your team name or your weigh in please let me know, also, if you havn't gotten a weigh in from one of your team mates please let me know that as well, so i can let someone else join.
