Stupid cheat meal...grrrrrrr

I agree that you should eat what you like as long as it's within your calorie range and call it a treat, not a cheat. We have pizza every week...I usually make it at home...whole wheat crust from scratch, turkey pepperoni, reduced fat cheese, lots of fresh veggies. I haven't attempted homemade sauce yet, but I'm sure I will. It tastes just as good, but it's better for you.0
