    I'm 5'3 and I've gone down from 160 to 126. Not all was lost using MFP (I started here at 141), and I still have some weight to lose. I'll add you as a friend, just accept me and have a look at my profile pictures :) I like having short friends on here to relate to. You can do this!

    thank you! and lol that is the one and i mean one advantage and disadvantage of us shorties every like 5lbs is super super noticeable when we lose or gain (yikes) i always think to myself if i were 5ft 8 id be at my goal lol oh welll yay for being short

    I'm amazed at everyone's before and after pics! I have no "after" since I am less than halfway through on my weight loss, but I do have a before and during.

    These are all great, spurring me on to join the club! I'm 5ft 1" and have lost 7lbs so far, just good to see it can be done and what a difference it makes! :-D

    I'm 5'3 1/2" and started out at 125 pounds. I was down to 100-102 pounds at one point but gained muscle and went up to 108-110 which is where I am now.
