Figured out why I was up 3-4 pounds, bloating from you know what _______ (ladies). Telling you sometimes it a pain in the butt being a girl. When ______ is gone is 3-4 days then I should notice a difference. I took my measurements, so I will be checking them again in a week.
**I had an awesome burn today totaling 1194 calories burned off! I stayed within 1200 calories, drank lots of fluids, exercised and took my supplements. I worked out with my kids today too. I want to get them moving and not sitting.0 -

Hello Sweeties!!
You all are doing wonderful on the water!!! Yipppeeee!!! I did 14 cups yesterday and only got up once last night so that is good! I am going for 16 today and see if I can get up only once again!

My goals for today and tomorrow are to get through a funeral and bridal shower without munching. I have been so good sticking to my healthy eating plan. can't wait to weigh in on Sunday-that will keep me going today and tomorrow. I will tell myself that once i am out of losing mode, and into maintenance, I'll be able to indulge a bit more. But for now, I will stick to the plan Mantra for the week: Compassion is my touchstone to freedom (meaning I compassionately observe myself and break unhealthy attachments to food by understanding it doesn't rule me!!) thanks to all the sweeties! for the great posts and encouragment!!!0

Hello Sweeties!!!
I almost hate to put this out there in fear that I'll jinx myself.....but I'm actually excited for weigh in! After MONTHS of going back to bad eating habits and no excerise and gaining weight. I feel so good this week and I'm proud of myself for getting back on track.
