    Mon : 15 glasses ( what was i thinking i have being going to the bathroom every 2.5 min on my way home from work i had
    to stop at a gas station it was crazy but i did it..)

    Tue: 120 ozc (15 cups)

    Wed: 120 ozs (15 cups) the bathroom is now a close friend i can't go too far

    Well met my goal of attending 2 spin classes today! I am going to another class tomorrow too! Water intake has been good. I drank 8 plus glasses for the last 3 days!.

    Figured out why I was up 3-4 pounds, bloating from you know what _______ (ladies). Telling you sometimes it a pain in the butt being a girl. When ______ is gone is 3-4 days then I should notice a difference. I took my measurements, so I will be checking them again in a week.


    **I had an awesome burn today totaling 1194 calories burned off! I stayed within 1200 calories, drank lots of fluids, exercised and took my supplements. I worked out with my kids today too. I want to get them moving and not sitting.

    Hello Sweeties!!

    You all are doing wonderful on the water!!! Yipppeeee!!! I did 14 cups yesterday and only got up once last night so that is good! I am going for 16 today and see if I can get up only once again!

    My goals for today and tomorrow are to get through a funeral and bridal shower without munching. I have been so good sticking to my healthy eating plan. can't wait to weigh in on Sunday-that will keep me going today and tomorrow. I will tell myself that once i am out of losing mode, and into maintenance, I'll be able to indulge a bit more. But for now, I will stick to the plan :) Mantra for the week: Compassion is my touchstone to freedom (meaning I compassionately observe myself and break unhealthy attachments to food by understanding it doesn't rule me!!) thanks to all the sweeties! for the great posts and encouragment!!!
