To set my record straight. I did 8 years active duty Army

. It's a "weaning" process for him. He kept making the cashiers cry when he tried the civilian thing managing at Home Depot.

I used to have an ex marine as a manager once at wal mart.He never made me cry, he made alot of the other girls cry,I called him on his **** though and almost made him cry once.lets just say dont pick on the chick pulling 100 to 200 hundred pound boxes of a truck she just might drop one on your foot then "accidently" kick you in the nuts trying to help you up which i may or my not have done to him ( i plead the fifth on that one)

Edited to add this guy was a major d*ck he used being ex military as an excuse to treat those under him like utter crap namely the women
