You set the tone for the group which was negative from the start. You demanding a lot from people and fail to communicate effectively to everyone.

Don;t post in this topic! And i was positive,I WAS THE ONE WHO MADE A NEW TEAM SO YOU COULD JOIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't ever say im negative.I don't want any thing from you posted in this. And i wasn't demanding anything i was just trying to get stuff organized.I made exceptions for EVERY single person in that challenge and i bet everyone in this new one will agree with me!

she never once made it negative. shes been nice to everyone! last week...the FIRST weigh in... people didnt weigh in. What do you expect from her? to stay calm and not get mad? i wouldnt be able to stay as nice as she is. she was and still is doing the best she can. i want to see you try and run a challenge for the first time and have people not weigh in and yell at you the way people were yelling at her. see how you would act.

Hey stars! Many thanks for putting so much into this challenge. I told you from the very beginning that you were doing an excellent job at taking on this initiative. Thank you for extending an offer for me to stay on the challenge. Unfortunately, the past week and the next coming weeks will be ridiculously packed, and I know I will not be able to fully commit as much as I would love to in terms of encouraging my teammates, which is a major reason why I joined the challenge. Please feel free to let my spot go to someone who will most definitely become and remain dedicated to this challenge and best of luck to you all!
