So I set up a challenge for myself, join me if you want :bigsmile:
I haven't been on MFP for a week due to school, but since that's over I am going to push hard so I can hit my mini goal weight by my birthday
I challenge everyone to walk(a brisk pace) or jog 6 miles total this week with me. :happy:
If you walk (brisk pace) or jog 1 mile everyday (at least) starting today you should be able to meet the goal. :drinker:

7/13 Wednesday: Went for 1 mile walk today with the BF and doggy :] Walked 1/2 mile and jogged the other half. My calves were on fire!
