Hi everyone! I have a super quick question. I work 3rd shift at a residential facility. Every 15 minutes, I do bed checks. I wore a pedometer one night, and found that I walk around 2.5 miles a night. I also do some cleaning there, and at home. What should I set my activity level at? I'm not really sedentary, but I'm not as active as a nurse...I think. Help!

well if you set to sedentary you can long that in as exercise. You will have to eat lower calories though.0

Probably lightly active. Because you are generally accustomed to the activity at work, I wouldn't advise logging it as exercise, as you may end up overestimating that way.0
