Do you always measure your food?

It's important to recognize what a portion size is by eye sight. Eating sensibly doesn't require measuring. The problem is people have lost sight of what is sensible as well as what is a proper portion size. Measuring is for baking and recipe's and not eating. Fat people gained the weight , not overnight but over years by eating like pigs. American's as a nation (my nation) eat like PIGS. It's sad when you leave a buffet restaurant and see a woman or man with there stomach hanging close to their knees going out to eat at an all you can eat place. So NO i don't measure my food although i do know what a serving size is and can fairly accurately measure it by eye.0

Yes, I always measure and weigh my food. It's not a big deal to me and I feel a lot more comfortable if I do.0
