So cardio or no cardio? More cardio or less cardio? I am really confused now. I have read quite a few threads for the past few days and the major "trend" is not to over do cardio and even cut back on cardio to lose fat...But this post just encourage the opposite. Sounds like cardio is still the key...0

Anybody have suggestions for a "fat burning supplement"?
I'm not on my *kitten*... I'm a mom to a 6 month old baby boy who runs/walks as much as I can which is on average 2 miles a day.. I don't have TIME for much else so I'm looking for an actual SUPPLEMENT, arsehole.0 -

Some of this info is a little off I think.0

2. Moderately Overweight Stage.
At this stage one is visually overweight, but not obese. Typically they are holding around 20lbs of fat and have a body fat percentage of around 17-18 in males and 25 in females.
I'm sorry, but 25% body fat in females does not make one moderately overweight. AT ALL. Maybe in the bodybuilding world, but not for for your average female. 25% is actually pretty good. I am around 28% BF, have visible abs, and am not overweight by a long shot.0 -

I agree--I'm at 23%, and that is considered the low end of healthy for my age based on WHO/NIH guidelines. Sure, I'd like to shake a few more %, but I am nowhere NEAR visually overweight where I am now.0 -
There is some good info in there, but there is a significant amount of broscience and marketing going on in there too. People would be wise to be judicious about which parts of this advice they should actually follow.0
