Homemade, grain free Paleo/Primal cereal which consists of almond slivers, pecans, unsweetened shredded coconut, cinnamon and either blueberries, red/black raspberries or strawberries covered in coconut milk. SO good...just had some to break an 18 hour fast.

I'll have to try this one! I'm Primal/Paleo as well. Sounds delicious.

There is a product called rawnola - totally grain free and very similar to what you described. Love it and eat it without "milk" - especially after a hard WOD.

Multigrain Cheerios (they're just a little sweet) with a handful of blueberries and almond milk. Delish, way low in calories, way high in lots of good stuff. :)

Can you please share the recipe? Do you make it in advance?
    THANK!

Coco puffs is my favorite, but I don't eat it anymore. I like Kashi Go Lean with unsweetened Almond milk if I'm craving cereal. I also like Steel cut oatmeal with 1/4c fiber one mixed in.

3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus topped with 3/4 cup soy milk. Throw a few berries on top sometimes.

I too LOVE cereal. For breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, anytime!!! I love

    Honey Nut cheerios
    Cinnamon burst cheerios
    Total raisin bran
    Cascadian Farms cinnamon toast crunch
    Frosted mini wheat
    Special K

I like a lot of other's too but these are the ones I eat now as they are a bit healthier than say, captain crunch!!!

    Enjoy that cereal girl.

Ummm, this thread is making me remember when I was a kid and loved Golden Grahams, Fruity Pebbles, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch! The old commercials for them on YouTube are fun to watch :)

It's a toss-up. If I have time, old-fashioned oatmeal with peanut butter and bananas, or with sunflower seeds and craisins, sometimes with a dash of Redi-Whip, always with some cinnamon. Otherwise it's Multi-Grain Cheerios or Shredded Wheat (the big biscuits) for me.

I found a new cereal by Fiber One. I was looking for the shredded wheat that a few people mentioned and my store doesn't carry it, but they had a new Fiber One cereal 80 calorie honey squares. Its 80 calories for a 3/4 cup serving. I had a full cup this morning for just over 100 calories and it was really good. I have a few others off the list I want to try, but this one was on sale so it was the choice for this week.

Always loving oatmeal with brown sugar(blend splenda) and milk. Always homemade - hate the instant kinds

Kashi Berry Blossoms. I swear it tastes like Captain Crunch! I love it mixed in Greek Yogurt because it gives the yogurt some sweetness.

    Kashi Cinnamin or Autumn Wheat
  • I absolutely love Special K with the Red berries :-)

The berries give it a lovely healthy sweetness, so there's no need to add sugar :-)

If you don't like red berries they do a range of other ones such as honey and oats :-)

Another one of my fav's is weetabix with a chopped banana on top (or any other fruit or even a yoghurt)

Weetabix are great as you can change your cereal everyday just by adding a diff topping :-)

    Hope this helps, enjoy shopping.
