I'm 5'1" and right now my goal is 120-125 BUT that may change if I get to that weight and I still have lots of fat to burn off. I don't want to just be thin, I want to look fit/toned.0

I am 5'3" at 175 pounds all the charts say I am Obese 33.1% BMI... I kept thinking WHAT!! How am I Obese! I know I could drop a few pounds but I am a Fire Fighter for crying out loud... so I paid the money to get a real BMI number and you know what it's all a numbers game. Weight isn't as important as how healthy you are. I am still coming to terms with that everyday because it's hard to be 'the big girl'. But here I am at 5'3" 175 pounds with a real BMI of 19.3%. I am trying to get to 153 which was what I weighed when I got married. But know full well I wont make it because my muscle alone is 146 pounds. Thank you to the wonderful trainer who took the time to figure out my true BMI.0

I'm more focusing on dropping body fast % (I'm 29% now, my goal is 20%).

118 lbs was my lowest weight in my adulthood (in my 20's)... I wasn't happy because I was flabby, had no shape at all. Now I know better about exercising, body fat, building lean muscle.... I'm focusing more on losting body fat, so I probably don't even need to go all the way down to 118 lbs.0 -
I am 46 soon to be 47 and my goal is 135-140. Not sure what that will look like since I do a lot of weight lifting. Let's just say I want to be a size 6 (I think size 4 is a little too small.)0

I am about 58kg now (128lbs ?) but my goal is 48kg (106lbs). I know that is not heavy at all but I am 19 now and have been putting on weight quite rapidly and would like to control it before it gets out of hand. I am not a very strong willed person but because I am glued to my phone, I think this app will really help! Yay can't wait for a healthy future0
